Price

For one copy of the book (comprising both volumes), the price is Euro 75.00 plus handling and shipping (Euro 15.00 for the Netherlands; Euro 18.50 for European Union and EFTA countries, Euro 24.00 for the rest of the world). If a single order comprises 10 or more copies, the price per copy is Euro 62 (again plus handling and shipping, at cost). Customers in the European Union will be charged 6% VAT.
