The Leiden Adv LLM Program in International Tax Law of ITC Leiden may also be used to prepare for the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), a professional qualification and global benchmark for international tax practitioners. The qualification is achieved by passing three examinations and is administered and awarded by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). ITC Leiden’s chairman, Professor dr Kees van Raad, is a member of the ADIT Academic Board which oversees the rigour and standard of the qualification, along with five other international Board members.

The Leiden Adv LLM Program prepares students for the appropriate ADIT examination papers and the LLM (Adv.) paper can be used to satisfy one of the three required ADIT papers.
