Harmen van Dam
Harmen van Dam (1967), partner at Loyens & Loeff. In addition to his law degree of the University of Leiden, he holds a degree of the New York University School of Law (LL.M. in Taxation). Harmen van Dam taught the 2001 Spring Course International Business Taxation, IBFD International Tax Academy, Amsterdam; from 2003 on he teaches International aspects of Dutch tax law, International Tax Center Leiden; from 2004 Financing structures, IBFD International Tax Academy, Amsterdam and from 2006 on Harmen van Dam lecturers Transfer Pricing of Intangibles, Choosing between CCA and Intra Group Services, IBFD International Tax Academy. Van Dam is among several Dutch memberships a Member of the International Fiscal Association.
